The Sweatbox is our newly refurbished fitness studio that is fully air conditioned with a great new look.
Sweatbox are holding a variety of classes ranging from cycle fit using state-of-the-art Spinning machines, kettlebell, hiit (High.Intensity.Interval.Training), insanity, boxercise, yoga, with many more classes forthcoming.
For the morning classes, we have staff that are fully CRB checked so we can provide a creche service during lessons. Our fitness instructors are some of the most sought after in Gravesham, with many years experience between them.
Please come down to have a look. Here at Sweatbox Studios there is a fun and friendly atmosphere in the gym and everyone is welcome.
